Is Reiki beneficial to animals? or is it that the animals call for the healer to heal their owners?
Having worked with numerous different animals, in various different circumstances I have learnt over the past few years that it is not necessarily the animal that needs the healing; but more the owner has chanalled their negativity into their pet. I have seen on many occasions where the owner has been ignorant of their negativity towards their own lives that has therefore influenced their pet.
So what is it that causes negativity in our lives that can then influence the energy of our pets or the relationship that we have with them. It is safe to say that 90% of the time we pick up negative from situations caused by circumstances outside of our control; for example issues at work, in our social lives, or stories on the news, books, films, music, family members or friends. Everything in our lives that we see, whether it be every day, or once in a lifetime, will alter our energy balance, and can change our views on life,no matter how slight. It is these slight changes in our selfs that can cause the same energy fluctuations with our pets. Our pets pick up on every single energy wave with in us, even the ones that we, ourselves, cant feel.
all lot of the time I see pets suffering with anger and frustration; most of the time this is due to the pet not being able to communicate with its owner about these energy fluctuations that it can sense, however its owner, the one experiencing these energy changes, cant feel or sense.
See where I'm going with this?
Animals hate the fact that the majority of us are blind to not only the world around us but to ourselves. We fail to listen to what is going on with ourselves, so how can we expect to be able to understand everything else in our lives? Animals know their purpose in life, and that is to guide us on our journies, no matter how short a time they are with us, they all have a part to play. This is why they become so frustrated, because they cannot achieve their purpose when we close our ears to their pleas, to just start the changes in peace and balance, a little closer to home. The peace and balance needs to come from us.
So therefore if you feel you are having problems with a pets, or perhaps are going to adopt an animal who has had a rough start, look at the balances within yourself, and see if you are balanced enough to not pass any negative energy on to any one else, especially some one as sensative as an animal.
