''This place is Now Holy, for it is charged with My Power. and when through change, this mountain falleth, every rock shall be as a living jewel radiating My Love to they who, with pure Heart do serve the Great Cause, that of bringing into Being the unification of all mankind in Spiritual Enlightenment.
Take up thy staff, and go forth, and speak of this. Bid the Pilgrims to come hither, that they may radiate to all, the Light now within this glistening jewel in the body of She whose sacrifice gave unto man the opportunity to realise his Divinity.''
This quite brilliant, quite complete, all-inclusive message was relayed to Dr. George King by the Master Jesus shortly after this mountain - Mount Tallac - had been charged during a metaphysical operation known as - Operation Starlight.
In this Cosmic Mission, Dr George King was used as a channel to place a powerful charge of Cosmic Energy into 18 of 19 mountains around the world. Each mountain received a specific energy. These energies are vital to the human race and were put there so that people could access them through spiritual ritual such as through Prayer, Mantra, or other Spiritual Practices.
The name ''Tallac'' comes from a Washoe Indian word meaning ''Great Mountain'' - in this case it's certainly an accurate appellation!
Guide for Pilgrims:
At 9,735 feet, the Charged Spot looks down over Fallen Leaf Lake to the south, and the giant Lake Tahoe to the north-east. The first step is to get to South Lake Tahoe at 7,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. From there, three approaches are recommended.
Perhaps the easiest is from Camp Richardson on Highway 89 on Lake Tahoe's south-west shoreline. Pack horses and mules can be rented here for an extended stay at the high meadow. the trail is well marked.
Two other approaches are via Fallen Leaf Lake, both starting from Fallen Leaf Lodge, about 10 miles south off Highway 89. The original route of the Team that took part in Operation Starlight was along the west shore of Fallen Leaf Lake for several miles, then to Pyramid Lake and up the steep slope to a high meadow.
The third approach is from the Lodge into Desolation Wilderness area, then back up to the high meadow. The Charged Rock is only about 200 yards from the meadow.
High altitude, intense sunlight and possibly heavy rain must be anticipated in summer. Climbing months are between June and October. This is a four-hour climb from lake level for persons in good physical condition, who should cary water and food, and should wear strong footgear (mountain boots preferred) due to the roughness of the terrain. From a packed-in camp at Pyramid Lake, the Charged Spot can be reached in a vigorous one-and-a-half hours. This is an ideal opportunity for outdoors types to make multiple easy pilgrimages, surrounded by the stunning beauty of tall pine forests. Conditions are very severe in winter and access is then restricted by National Forest Service Rangers.
