Stillness within Movement.
This is what over 90% of people experience within 10 minutes of their first Esoteric Mindfulness session. Why is this important? Well the the goal of all meditation techniques is to achieve a “stillness” of mind - a natural state that has many proven mental and physical benefits.
But the mind is moving all the time and it can take many hours of practice using the popular mindfulness and meditation methods to achieve this stillness quickly.
Esoteric Mindfulness is different, it is based on Natural Law - Stillness in Movement. Think of a Hurricane, within the great movement of 100mph winds and torrential rain is the eye of the Hurricane, an area of stillness.
Buddhist Masters 2000 years understood this and incorporated the principle into Esoteric Mindfulness which utilises the natural movement of the mind to achieve stillness quickly.
And the quicker you can enter this natural state the more you can maximize the benefits you gain from each meditation session. Very important in a world where there seems to be so little time left each day to dedicate to yourself.
You do not need to be Buddhist to benefit from Esoteric Mindfulness, just by practicing simple steps for 15 minutes a day you can improve your life.
