Hullo, I’m Astrologer Patrick Arundell, and here is your Astrology Overview for WC 7th January 2019. The week begins with Venus gliding into the sign of Sagittarius for the next 28 days, Here she is going to bring a vibrant and inquisitive energy to our interactions with others and a quest for the truth about our key relationships.

But it will be from the 9th, Wednesday, when she begins a fantastic alliance with Mars, that January starts to take on a different vibration, but just how much? For last week's Capricorn Solar Eclipse continues to radiate into our situations and from Tuesday to Sunday the Sun combines in Capricorn with Pluto and from Thursday through to Sunday, Mercury in Capricorn moves alongside Saturn. Wow, this is powerful. And if ever there was a double combination to focus our minds then this is certainly it.

The upshot of all of this, is likely to be some crunch discussions, thoughts, and exchanges, which are unlikely to be anything other than potent, even life changing. Capricorn energy can be very censorious, and very much about maintaining the status quo, traditional structures and power but depending on where these planetary clusters occur in our NATAL horoscope and the House by zodiac sign, or Ascendant that they activate.

One thing is for sure, there is going to be a desire to have some kind of light relief and escape from these very powerful and evolutionary forces. We may sense that some things that have stood the test of time can crumble away, with other newer more robust and sustainable structures taking on more strength. Either way Venus Mars can help this to break out be more spontaneous more gregarious, and not quite so focused on duty, responsibilities and life's heavier vibes.
